I’m Emily Peacock, Founder and Director of The Blonde Ambition.
For almost a decade, I have worked at the heart of the UAE’s entertainment and events industry, both as an award-winning performer and a creative partner to venues, brands and private clients.

That experience has given me an instinctive understanding of what transforms an occasion into something exceptional. Not simply the calibre of the entertainment, but the way every element works together to create atmosphere, energy and a lasting impression.
Before committing fully to entertainment, my background in interior design shaped my eye for detail, composition and the relationship between a space and how it makes people feel. In 2020–2021, while COVID disrupted live entertainment, I also worked as a Creative Catalyst for an established events company, bringing my creative perspective to the industry from behind the scenes.
The Blonde Ambition was founded from a belief that life’s most significant moments deserve to be celebrated beautifully.
My role is to understand the vision, including the details a client may not yet have found the words to express, and translate it into an entertainment experience that feels considered, distinctive and entirely appropriate for the setting.

An award-winning vocalist and entertainment professional, Emily has spent almost a decade performing at major awards ceremonies, galas and weddings across the UAE. Her experience spans large-scale performances at Dubai Rugby Sevens, Coca-Cola Arena and Dubai World Trade Centre, alongside the Formula 1 main stage, royal family VIP events, private yacht charters and international engagements.
From property launches and fashion shows to intimate private celebrations, that breadth of experience has shaped her understanding of how to connect with an audience and bring the right presence to each occasion.
Her involvement in the UAE entertainment scene extends beyond the stage, through regular contributions to Dubai Eye Radio and judging Battle of the Bands. Named Wedding Entertainer of the Year at the Weddings Online UAE Awards in 2024, Emily brings this experience, industry insight and personal care to every TBA booking.
